What is y'alls Return Policy?
Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns.
That said, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit so you can find the piece that’s right for you.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll be glad to assist.
- Items must be unworn and in original condition.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.

How long will it take to receive my order?
A majority of orders ship within 3–4 business days after being placed. Once your order leaves our hands, our free shipping option typically arrives within 2–5 business days depending on your location.
If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
While we do our best to process orders as quickly as possible, shipping and processing times can occasionally vary due to factors like order volume, holidays, or carrier delays. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Free shipping is not available for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

At this time, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

All orders are shipped from Third Coast HQ located in Houston, Texas
Can I pick the pattern of my piece?
Each piece is made from naturally unique cowhide, no two patterns are ever the same.
If you'd like to choose your pattern, we’d be happy to help. Simply send us an email inquiry including the product you’re interested in, your size, and the colorway, and we’ll connect you with a Third Coast Sales Representative who can show you the available hides and help you select one.
